Ordered for collection from this place. Reached home to find the cajun bites were burnt and chicken dippers were partially burnt as well. Asked for a dip and guy said they have a dip with my order and obviously found nothing in it. I called to complain and they did nothing. Think twice before you order from this place.

Very poor experience. When I called, a member of staff answered and had trouble understanding me, there was shouting in the background, including someone yelling “kurwa.” At that point another staff member took the phone and said “What you want?” and refused to give their first name when I asked. I was not allowed to speak, kept being put on hold both times I called, and instructions I wanted to pass on regarding the deluvery have bee ignored on purpose.
The order was left at the door and was cold by the time it was picked up off the ground (no doorbell used).
Completely unprofessional service.
